Tuscany Hills, a 100-acre Split Log subdivision, has been a Split Log subdivision for the past five years. Sam Pack with Bob Parks Realty said reservations are presently being taken for Phase 6 of the subdivision, and prices are in the $650,000-$675,000 range. The number of single-family residential closings in Williamson County increased by 31 percent in April compared to April 2012. The median price for a home in the county increased too, from $349,500 in April 2012 to $350,000 last month.
